Job Description

REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Scotland's largest Housing Associations, who are looking to recruit a 'Maintenance Administrator' on a Temporary Contract. This is a key role supporting the delivery of responsive and planned maintenance services across our housing stock. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure repairs are logged, tracked, and completed efficiently.

Mon-Fri - 9-5

Start Date: ASAP

Location - Falkirk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for repair enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Log and monitor repair requests, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates
  • Coordinate with contractors and operatives to schedule appointments and follow up on outstanding works
  • Maintain records and produce reports to support service delivery and performance monitoring
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and general administrative duties
  • Support the wider team with project work and service improvements

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance administration role, ideally within housing or property sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
