Apprenticeship Coordinator- Location: Multiple campuses as required

We are seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating the recruitment activities for all apprenticeship opportunities, working closely with Talent Advisors to ensure timely processing of vacancies with high-quality candidates, and handling all related paperwork. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving college targets for apprenticeship recruitment through effective fulfilment of recruitment and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Day-to-day of the role:- Coordinate recruitment programmes with employers, including sending CVs, organising interviews, work trials, and confirming apprenticeship outcomes.
- Advertise employer Apprenticeship vacancies across various platforms including the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and Esignup system.
- Provide Key Account Managers with updated information on recruitment progress.
- Work closely with Talent Advisers to ensure the recruitment process is responsive and vacancies are advertised and filled within agreed timescales.
- Match candidates to identified vacancies from the talent pipeline.
- Handle enquiries from employers and refer applicants to Talent Advisors.
- Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date information regarding opportunities.
- Use Microsoft Excel to store placement data and provide regular reports.
- Attend and contribute to college meetings, represent the college at internal/external events, and contribute to annual planning and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum Level 2 qualification, preferably in a business-related subject.
- Level 2 English and Maths.
- Understanding of government-funded work-based training and commercial products in the FE sector.
- Experience in apprenticeship recruitment.
- Ability to plan and manage own workload, achieve agreed targets and objectives, and evaluate outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems.
