I'm excited to be partnering exclusively with a leading global organisation to recruit a Legal Advisor for their expanding European legal team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing in-house legal function within a dynamic, fast-paced business that spans multiple disciplines.

As Legal Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Senior Legal Advisor and Head of Legal across the European region. Your work will be varied, strategic, and hands-on, including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents (e.g. leases, service contracts, NDAs, construction agreements, collateral warranties).
• Advising on legal risks and obligations across diverse business units.
• Supporting GDPR and data protection compliance, including drafting data processing agreements and conducting impact assessments.
• Managing external legal counsel and monitoring legal spend.
• Delivering legal training and updates to internal stakeholders.
• Attending management meetings and contributing to strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE (flexible depending on experience).
• Strong academic background (LLB or equivalent).
• In-house legal experience preferred.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, property law, planning, and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of GDPR and EU procurement rules.
• Commercially minded, collaborative, and proactive.

You'll work closely with internal teams across operations, finance, and compliance, and build strong relationships with external advisors and regulatory bodies. Your legal expertise will help shape the organisation's strategic direction and support its continued growth in global trade.
