What You'll Do
As an Estates Conveyancer, you'll be at the heart of our property transactions, managing the day-to-day running of plot sale transactions across our regional locations. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure a smooth journey from draft contract packs to successful completion.
Your role will be key in helping us meet our targets for exchanges and completions, while maintaining high standards of compliance and client service.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a plot sales or residential conveyancing environment
- Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and legal documentation
- Ability to manage compliance, conduct due diligence, and produce accurate reports
