Are you an experienced Conveyancer who thrives on managing transactions from start to finish? Do you enjoy building lasting client relationships and being part of a supportive, well-established firm?

We're looking for a confident and skilled Conveyancer to join our expanding property team. You'll handle a varied caseload of residential matters and benefit from strong admin support, a collaborative culture, and long-standing client connections.

• Managing your own caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation

• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the process

• Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and third parties

• Conducting property searches and ensuring full regulatory compliance

• Keeping case management systems and records up to date

• Supporting junior team members and contributing to team success

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing

• Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and high service standards
