Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Longsight. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a primary school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher with teaching and learning activities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions
- Support pupils with additional needs or SEND requirements
- Help to manage behaviour and encourage positive learning outcomes
- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Recent experience working in a primary school setting
- A positive, reliable, and adaptable approach to learning support
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
