Join a leading North Kent-based firm with a rich history spanning over 130 years. We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic team in Dartford. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced and looking to contribute significantly to a diverse range of non-contentious commercial property matters.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a varied caseload of non-contentious commercial property matters.
• Handle freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, and site acquisitions and development projects.
• Work closely with financial institutions on secured lending cases.
• Engage in business sales and purchases.
• Occasionally involve in residential property matters, providing a comprehensive service to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
• Proficient in IT systems and legal software.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Experience in residential conveyancing is advantageous but not essential.
