1:1 Teaching Assistant

• Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and accessible lessons.

• Provide targeted one-to-one and small group interventions to help pupils reach their learning goals.

• Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and preparation of learning materials.

• Promote positive behaviour and help pupils develop social and emotional skills.

• Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and provide feedback on pupil development.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils by following school safeguarding policies and procedures.

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience working with children in a UK primary or early years setting.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
