  • Job Title: Estates Assistant
  • Job Type: 30 hours per week - 9:00am - 15:00pm
  • Days: Monday - Friday
  • Contract: Temp ongoing
  • Pay : £13.85 - £16.70ph

Overview:

A great education establishment is seeking an Estates Assistant to support the Estates Manager and Deputy Manager in maintaining the college buildings and site. This role ensures the facilities are safe, clean, and efficiently maintained.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Locking and unlocking buildings as required.
  • Conducting both internal and external maintenance tasks to ensure the premises are well-maintained.
  • Performing porterage duties and driving as needed.
  • Assisting with various other duties to maintain the buildings and grounds.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Physical fitness to undertake manual work.
  • Experience in a maintenance role is beneficial but not essential.
  • A cheerful and 'can-do' attitude, with a readiness to learn and adapt.
  • Commitment to contributing positively to our team and upholding the college's values.

Requirements:
