IFA Administrator

Join the team at a leading financial planning firm and play a key role in delivering first-class support within a Top 100 UK Financial Adviser firm. Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare and quality-check Annual Review packs for our Wealth Management clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all client documentation and internal records.
- Support advisers and paraplanners in the preparation of Suitability Reports.
- Complete New Business Checklists, process Transfer Applications, and manage Fee Administration.
- Handle ad-hoc client servicing requests, fund switches, and benefit access requests efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties to resolve queries and obtain information.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements and share best practices within the admin team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an IFA administration or wealth management support role is essential.
- Sound knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial services processes.
- Experience using adviser back-office systems (e.g., Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar) and provider platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
