Electrical Engineer - Hertfordshire

I'm working with a well-established, forward-thinking building services consultancy based in Hertfordshire, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions across the commercial, residential, and education sectors. With steady growth and a strong project pipeline, they're now looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their friendly and talented team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take on more project responsibility, contribute to detailed design work, and grow into a senior position with support from experienced mentors.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering electrical building services designs from concept through to completion
- Supporting project delivery across a diverse portfolio of developments
- Collaborating with mechanical, structural, and sustainability teams to deliver coordinated solutions
- Attending client meetings and contributing to design reviews
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their professional development
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a UK building services consultancy
- Strong knowledge of electrical design standards and relevant regulations
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Amtech (or similar)
- Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
