Regional Quality Manager

Norfolk

Salary up to £60,000 plus bonus scheme

Full time, permanent

Bright Selection is excited to support a long term client looking to strengthen their management team with a newly created Regional Compliance and Quality Manager role covering a small portfolio of homes in Norfolk and North Suffolk.

The group are an established and well regarded care provider with good and outstanding rated homes. They are entering a period of growth and this is a great time to be joining them in a senior role.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out quality audits and compliance visits to group homes
  • Supporting home managers in implementing projects and action plans
  • Attending senior leadership meetings
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships across the business at all levels and with external agencies and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Multi-site leadership experience gained in a quality or operational support role within an elderly care group
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Advanced level of knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulations

Remuneration:

  • Salary c£60,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus scheme
