Job Title: Interim HR Advisor

Day Rate: Up to £200 per day
One of the global leaders in real estate and infrastructure is seeking an experienced
Interim HR Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to a wide range of HR initiatives and employee relations casework.
Key Responsibilities - Provide HR general advice and guidance on policy, process, and best practice, recommending effective solutions.
- Support with early intervention and independent management of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, absence, grievance, and performance.
- Manage employee relations casework, including sickness absence and occupational health referrals.
- Administer family-friendly leave processes and oversee flexible working request escalations.
- Oversee global and local transfers, including visa and right-to-work processes.
- Deliver HR calendar activities, including bi-annual reward processes, talent management, performance reviews, employee engagement, and EDI initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects and organisational change initiatives.
- Produce people-related reports, carry out in-depth data analysis, create visual presentations, and coordinate payroll activities.
- Review and analyse exit interview data to provide meaningful insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
- Proven HR generalist experience within a dynamic organisation.
