Description

• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage payment runs and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including ledger reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Respond to queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related role within Accounting & Finance.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
