Location: Carshalton Road, Sutton, SM1 4LE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 23.92 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Work with DLO and supply chain to enhance productivity.

Manage daily needs of tradespeople.

Split duties between office and site management.

Oversee individual performance and behavior of trades.

Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.

Manage absences and conduct appraisals.
Person Specifications
Must Have:

Experience in performance management.

Ability to manage both office and site tasks.

Strong leadership skills.
Nice to Have:

Experience with supply chain management.

Familiarity with DLO operations.
