About the Role

As a General Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the trust. You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that staff, students, and stakeholders receive efficient and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across departments
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Support HR, finance, and facilities teams with routine tasks
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with trust policies and procedures

What We're Looking For
