Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller - Abingdon
Salary: 31,000 - 37,000 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Abingdon
Hours: Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)

About Our Client:
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller to join our client, a well-established and reputable dealership in the Abingdon area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a combined front-of-house and workshop coordination role.

The Role:
As the Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day workshop operations and technician workload.
Greet customers, manage bookings, and keep them informed throughout the process.
Prepare estimates and job cards, authorising and invoicing work accurately.
Liaise between the service, parts, and sales teams to maintain smooth communication.
Support service team members and ensure workshop efficiency targets are achieved.

Skills & Experience Required:
Experience as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller within the motor trade.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Technical understanding and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident using DMS systems such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, or CDK.
A proactive, customer-first attitude.

Benefits:
