Production Team Manager - Fixed-Term Contract (3-6 Months)
We're looking for an experienced Production Team Manager to lead a busy food manufacturing team. You'll manage a team of 20, including Machine Operators and Operatives, ensuring high-quality production and efficient operations. This is a fast-paced role where your leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills will make a real impact.
What you'll do:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team to meet performance targets.
Ensure production meets quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Manage people processes including recruitment, training, and performance.
Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
What we're looking for:
Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Knowledge of health & safety, food quality standards, and production KPIs.
Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing business needs.
