The Role
We're seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef/Chef De Partie to join our kitchen
.Working alongside the Head and Sous Chef, you'll help lead the team, prepare quality dishes, and maintain high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Support senior chefs in daily operations
- Supervise and train junior team members
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards
- Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
- Keep kitchen areas clean and organised
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
- Knowledgeable in professional cookery, fine dining and 5-star service.
- Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive, hands-on attitude
- Food hygiene certification preferred
