Are you passionate about tailoring and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our client's prestigious team as a Made to Measure Specialist and become a vital ambassador for tailoring excellence! Based in the heart of the West End, you will lead clients on an exciting journey of bespoke tailoring, from the first consultation to the final fitting.

What You'll Do:

Client Service & Sales

• Provide a luxury, consultative Made to Measure experience that leaves clients delighted.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, developing a personal client book.
• Meet and exceed individual and store MTM sales targets through active engagement and outreach.

Tailoring Expertise

• Conduct precise measurements and fittings, offering advice on fit, fabric, style, and construction.
• Guide clients through seasonal fabric offerings, style options, and finishing touches.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of MTM product offerings and production processes.

Store Operations

• Coordinate MTM order entry, liaising with tailoring partners and internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Assist with trunk shows, client events, and in-store MTM activations, ensuring every detail shines.
• Keep MTM tools, fabric books, and fitting areas immaculately presented and well-maintained.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the team to enhance overall store performance.
• Provide valuable feedback to the Store Manager and Head of Operations on trends and client preferences.
• Support training for new staff on MTM services, sharing your expertise and enthusiasm.
