Temporary School Receptionist

Your new companyA well-regarded school l in Sheffield is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join their committed team. Your new roleAs the School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in supporting the school's administrative operations. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and checking in/out visitors and stakeholders
• Managing the school's phone line and email communications
• Handling deliveries and general administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong IT and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality
• Calmness under pressure and attention to detail
• Punctuality, motivation, and organisational skills
