Are you a Town Planner or Assistant Planner looking for a new challenge in Oxford?
I'm working with a small, friendly private planning consultancy that's looking to grow their team. If you've got around a year or more of planning experience, this could be a brilliant next step.
You'll be joining a supportive, close-knit group where you won't just be another number. The team works on a really interesting mix of projects from residential and commercial schemes through to rural developments. You'll get great exposure across the whole planning process.
If you're currently working for a local authority and have been thinking about moving into the private sector, this could be the perfect opportunity to make that transition. You'll gain more client-facing experience, a broader project mix, and genuine scope for progression.
What they're looking for:
Around 1+ year of planning experience (public or private sector)
Keen to grow your career within a consultancy environment
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Someone proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to get involved
Location: Oxford
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 DOE
Team: Small, collaborative consultancy
