21.00 Hourly / 32,829 permanent salary + Van included

We are working with an organisation based in Blackburn who are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties of the Multi Skilled Joiner may include:

• Undertaking a wide range of responsive maintenance jobs
• Dealing with tenants and customer queries
• Responding to emergencies
• Delivering multi skilled tasks where applicablesuch as Tiling, Patch Plastering, Basic Plumbing
• Driving vehicle to undertake planned and responsive Joinery works

To succeed in the Carpenter/Joiner role you will have:

• A qualfication in Carpentry/Joinery ie NVQ Level 2 OR equivalent work experience
• Capacity to undertake a basic DBS
• Full driving licence (Van and PPE provided)
