Job Title: Contracts & Finance Administrator Location: Erith (Office-Based) Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £30,000 per annum

We're looking for a proactive Contracts & Finance Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting contract management, financial reporting, and audit preparation within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and store contract documents on Coins for audit and retention purposes.
  • Track and summarise new contract forms submitted by commercial teams.
  • Create and maintain contracts on Coins and Ezone, ensuring accuracy and alignment with documentation.
  • Administer contract details such as retention and project end dates.
  • Set up new customers on Coins & Ezone, including running Creditsafe reports.
  • Coordinate closure of old contracts, resolving financials and accruals.
  • Complete monthly ONS and Magnox surveys using Coins data.
  • Reconcile scrap logs across sites.
  • Update and chase client valuation schedules to support debtor management.
  • Process monthly internal intercompany invoices.
  • Review and allocate unmatched registered invoices to projects.
  • Monitor and report on accruals, resolving aged items with relevant teams.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and maintain filing systems.
  • Provide holiday cover for the Sales & Purchase Ledger team as needed.

Key Competencies

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience in finance or commercial administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Coins or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Timely reconciliation of scrap logs and invoices.
  • Accuracy in audit documentation and preparation.
  • Efficient management of contract trackers and documentation.
  • Responsiveness to internal and external queries.
  • Completion of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
