Job Title: Administrator Location: Spalding Type: Full-Time Permanent Salary: £25K+ per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:

As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, supporting internal teams and helping maintain efficient office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Filing, scanning and general office duties
  • Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
