An exciting opportunity for an Interim Talent & Learning Consultant to join this London based Arms Length Body (ALB) on a Fixed Term Contract to review, refresh and relaunch their learning offerings and talent development framework.

A London based Arms Length Body with a commercial brief and outlook. Their remit has a large influence across and they currently work with over 13 million people across the UK.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, the Interim Talent & Learning Consultant will work in a specialist role leading the design and implementation of modern, scalable development solutions that support continuous learning and high performance.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading the refresh and relaunch of the organisation's learning offerings and journeys for team members and managers.
  • Refreshing and implementing talent development frameworks, including career progression, talent reviews and high-potential development.
  • Conducting needs analysis and learner research to ensure relevance and impact of learning decisions.
  • Design approaches to management, team and professional development that reflect organisation culture and talent ambitions.
  • Ensure smooth transition and handover of refreshed frameworks and approaches to the Talent and Learning team and organisation stakeholders for sustained ownership.

Profile

The successful Interim Talent & Learning Consultant will have significant exposure in learning, talent or organisational development consulting roles (in-house or external). You will need to be able to demonstrate success in leading large scale learning and talent framework refreshes or redesigns.

A strong background in influencing senior stakeholders and aligning learning interventions with business priorities is essential.

Job Offer

This Fixed Term Contract position offers a salary or 70,000 - 75,000 (pro rata) plus an excellent benefits package and flexible hybrid working.
