Working Style: Mobile - van provided for business use
Pay: 18.60 - 20phr
About the Role
Daniel Owen are looking for an experienced Plumber (Multi-Trade Technician) to join an in-house Reactive Maintenance Team in Trafford. You'll be responsible for plumbing repairs and replacements across our North West housing stock, with some additional carpentry and tiling work.
A company van will be provided for business use. You'll need a valid driving licence and your own hand tools (power tools supplied).
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing repairs and replacements (sinks, water tanks, bathrooms)
Undertake associated carpentry and tiling work where required
Deliver a right-first-time service to residents
Ensure high standards of customer service and health & safety
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm
Out-of-hours cover on a rota basis (additional pay provided)
What You'll Need
Trade qualification (NVQ or equivalent, or qualified by experience)
Proven experience in maintenance or responsive repairs
Good communication and customer service skills
Health & safety awareness
Experience in dual trade skills (e.g. plumbing with carpentry/tiling)
