About Us
I am currently supporting a well-established town planning consultancy with a strong reputation across Oxfordshire in their growth plans. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to expand the leadership team by bringing in an Equity Director who can help strengthen their presence in Oxfordshire, expanding potentially across to Hampshire and Buckinghamshire.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial town planning director who's ready to take ownership and shape the next chapter of a growing consultancy.
As an Equity Director, you will:
Join the business as an owner, with a share in the company
Lead and develop your own client base and workstream
Play a key role in business development and strategic growth
Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team working remotely across the region
This role is ideal for someone with an established network or strong business development skills who wants to move beyond employment into ownership.
What We're Looking For
Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) or equivalent experience
Strong local knowledge of planning across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or nearby areas
Proven experience winning and managing projects independently
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a business
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
