Full Stack Developer - React / .NET
50,000 - 60,000 Hybrid (2 days a week in Leeds)

We're working with a leading tech consultancy in Leeds that's delivering a range of exciting, large-scale projects across the UK. They're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join their team - someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and tackling new challenges.
You'll be working across React and .NET, with a roughly 60/40 split between front and back-end development. Some weeks could be fully front-end focused, while others might lean more towards the back-end - it all depends on the project.
If you've got consultancy experience or the confidence to engage directly with clients, that will make you a strong candidate for a future Senior position.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining high-quality applications using React and .NET.
- Collaborating with designers, developers, and clients to deliver scalable solutions.
- Working on multiple projects, each bringing new technical and business challenges.
- Translating client requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Around 5-6 years' experience in full stack development.
- Strong experience with React (essential).
- Good experience with .NET, ideally with newer frameworks.
- Flexibility to move between front-end and back-end work depending on the project.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Capability to obtain Security clearance (minimum 5 years uninterrupted living in the UK)
- Any experience with cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
