People Coordinator to join our Human Resources team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role will support the delivery of efficient and high-quality HR services across the organisation, ensuring that all HR processes and procedures are carried out accurately and in line with company policy.
Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
- Support the coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Assist with employee relations, absence management, and performance documentation.
- Respond to HR-related queries from staff and managers in a timely and professional manner.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
About You The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an HR or People Services environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and confidential approach to sensitive information.
Working Hours This is a
part-time role (22 hours per week), working Mon to Wed, with flexible scheduling available between
09:00 and 17:00.
