This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the introduction of Awaabs law, where your damp and mould knowledge will directly support the reduction of cases for this HA while working in a professional and supportive environment.

You will be joining a well- established organisation know for its commitment to high-quality care and compliance. This role is perfect for a self-motivated Damp and Mould Inspector looking to make an immediate impact in a supportive, fast paced environment.

I'd Love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Damp and Mould Inspector or surveyor within social housing.

As a Damp and Mould Inspector, you will be:
  • Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
  • Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
  • Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.

  • Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
  • Experience within social housing
  • Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections

The interim role is offering:
  • Hybrid working
  • Business Mileage covered
  • Weekly pay Via Umbrella
  • The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of 35-40 per hour

Location & Travel
This role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days on patch in Worcestershire and 2 days working from home. Business mileage is covered with hybrid working offering an excellent work life balance.
