As a Damp and Mould Inspector, you will be:
- Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
- Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
- Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
- Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.

- Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
- Experience within social housing
- Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections

This role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days on patch in Worcestershire and 2 days working from home. Business mileage is covered with hybrid working offering an excellent work life balance.
