Job Title: Commercial Assistant / Executive PA
Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to 35,000 ( 30k base + 5k car allowance)

My client is seeking an organised and proactive Executive PA to support the Commercial Director leading the growth and development of a FMCG Business. This role is ideal for PA looking to build a career in executive support and commercial operations within a fast-paced, consumer-focused business.

The successful candidate will manage diary and communications, coordinate meetings with customers, assist with commercial data and reporting, and provide day-to-day support to to maximise their efficiency and productivity.

The Role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Commercial Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements.
  • Manage correspondence, prepare meeting agendas, and take notes, as required.
  • Schedule and support customer meetings and site visits, including preparation of presentations and follow-up documentation.
  • Manage and process expenses, invoices, and financial administration related to travel, client entertainment, and departmental budgets.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings and booking meeting rooms, preparation of meeting materials, preparation of meeting rooms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure smooth communication and support ongoing projects.
  • Handle sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in an administrative, PA, or commercial support role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proactive, flexible, and positive, with willingness to travel as required.
  • Professional, approachable, and resilient under pressure.
