Role: Watch Specialist Sales Consultant

Location: Manchester, M2

Salary: Highly Competitive

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 5-day working week, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (including most Saturdays on a rota basis).

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Watch Specialist Sales Consultant to join our luxury showroom team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most prominent luxury watch environments in the North, representing world-class brands and engaging with high-net-worth clientele.

Located in the largest luxury showroom in the North, currently undergoing a major redevelopment. The space has been expanded by merging with the adjacent shop and includes a boutique section, creating a significantly larger and more prestigious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail setting.
  • Specialise in high-end watches - provide expert advice and product knowledge on watches and luxury timepieces.
  • Manage both reactive (in-store customers) and proactive (client outreach) sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling, networking, and personalised service.
  • Organise and participate in exclusive in-store events, including technical showcases and brand presentations.
  • Collaborate with the jewellery team to cross-sell and educate clients on complementary products.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury watch sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury watch brands and horology.
  • Proven experience dealing with high-net-worth clients and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Well-presented and confident in engaging with clients at the highest level.

Desirable:

  • 10+ years in luxury watch sales.
  • Previous experience in prestigious jewellery or watch boutiques.
