Job Description

Full time Executive Assistant position supporting board level directors based in Northampton. This role is supporting a fantastic charity.

Client Details

My client is a medium sized UK organisation in Northampton who are looking for an Executive Assistant to cover temporarily with immediate start.

Description

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on key projects.
  • Assist in planning and organising events or team activities.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to keep confidential information
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour.
  • Can commute to Northampton 2 days per week.
  • Can start within 1 weeks time.
