Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant in the KS2 team, you'll job will be to support pupils with their learning, help manage group activities, and work closely with teachers to keep things running smoothly. You will also be responsible for assisting with lessons, helping children stay engaged, preparing resources and handling admin.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will have a warm and approachable manner, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and colleagues. You'll bring experience working with primary-aged pupils, particularly in KS2, and have a good understanding of how to support both in and out of the classroom.
