Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £67.71 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Manage and deliver Shirehall and HMAG capital projects for Herefordshire Council.

Oversee large and complex construction projects.

Act as a representative of Herefordshire Council in all project dealings.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and funding groups.
Person Specifications
Must Have:

Experience in managing large construction projects.

Background in Heritage buildings.
