Key experience required:

• Excellent communication abilities enabling you to engage empathetically with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within teams as well as across departments or client organisations.
• Leadership qualities demonstrated through mentoring others in a supportive manner that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
• Experience supporting regulatory-driven change programmes within banking or financial services environments.
