Financial Controller

Dynamite Recruitment are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our client, a growing business in Christchurch. This hands-on role will oversee financial management, reporting, and forecasting, supporting the Managing Director during a period of expansion and multiple acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare management accounts and cash flow forecasts
• Support acquisition integration and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting and tax requirements
• Maintain and improve financial systems and controls

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) ideally
• Strong background in financial management and forecasting
• Confident working independently in a growing business
• Experience with Xero, Sage, or similar systems
