Key Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of diverse organisational and educational software.
- Installation and troubleshooting of computers and network equipment.
- Deployment of devices and creation of images.
- Maintenance and installation of audio-visual and IT equipment.
- Configuration and monitoring of equipment and services.
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 user support in response to requests.
- Supporting and executing IT department projects.
- Ensuring equipment efficiency and operational excellence.
Working Hours
Choose a schedule that works best for you:
- 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (1-hour lunch), 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
