Description
- Lead day-to-day operations ensuring high-quality care.
 - Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation.
 - Collaborate with the CEO to manage services within organisational policies.
 - Promote company values and person-centred care philosophy.
 - Oversee client assessments, care planning, and risk management.
 - Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance.
 - Monitor service delivery, budgets, and resource allocation.
 - Maintain accurate records and reporting systems in line with legal requirements.
 - Resolve complaints and incidents with the Compliance and Quality Manager.
 - Build relationships with local authorities, agencies, and commissioners.
 
Profile
A successful Registered Care Manager should have:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
 - Experience managing CQC-regulated domiciliary care services
 - Strong leadership and team management skills
 - Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities
 - Knowledge of safeguarding, medication management, and health & safety
 - A compassionate, non-judgemental approach to care
 - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
 
Job Offer
- Salary: 38,000- 45,000 depending on experience
 - Full time office requirement in Victoria
