Field Service Engineer - Mobile Plant Equipment
Location: Multiple roles across the UK
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 + Overtime + Door to door paid travel
OTE: 45,000 - 50,000+
We're recruiting for an experienced Field Service Engineers to join a world reknown mobile plant equipment manufacturer, supporting a wide range of industrial engineering and construction clients across the UK.
This is a varied, field-based position involving servicing, repairs and breakdown support for a range of vehicles, generators and associated plant machinery, ideal for an engineer who enjoys being out on the road and working directly with a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out site visits to complete servicing, repairs and reactive maintenance
Complete all associated documentation, including risk assessments, service reports, and timesheets
Work safely at all times, following company and site Health & Safety procedures
Skills & Experience Required
Proven background as a field service engineer, ideally within a heavy plant/heavy vehicle mechanical environment
Mechanically and electrically competent, with strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence required
Package & Benefits
Salary 35,000 - 40,000 (DOE) - OTE 45,000 - 50,000 with overtime and travel pay
