Job Summary:

We're looking for a hands on, and highly organised Office Coordinator to join our clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be at the heart of our operations supporting sales, logistics, and administration while helping to drive efficiency as they continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Process sales orders quickly and accurately.

  • Liaise with warehouse staff and drivers to coordinate deliveries.

  • Generate, manage, and analyse system and performance reports.

  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team and management
