Hays are now looking for a Project Manager for one of our local clients.
- Flexible Rate / Negotiable
- Hybrid - 3 / 4 days a week in Gloucestershire
- 12 month+ contract
- Must currently hold DV / EDV Clearance
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects within our clients SIG division, embedded in major programmes for key clients. You'll work with diverse stakeholders and distributed teams to drive successful outcomes. Projects typically include digital transformation initiatives, operational improvements, and technology-enabled solutions.
Please note, the client requires you to currently hold DV / EDV Clearance - this is a high level security clearance that you would of been made aware of if you needed it in your previous role.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Engage with stakeholders and consult on delivery strategies.
- Oversee planning, forecasting, risk and change management, and financial reporting.
What we're looking for
- Qualifications: APMP or Prince2 (Agile/Scrum experience highly desirable).
- Proven track record in project delivery and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex technical and commercial challenges.
