This role is challenging, fast paced and is pivotal in ensuring that all maintenance and repair jobs are allocated to the appropriate engineer and allotted the correct amount of time. You will be responding to reactive call outs or planning of preventative maintenance visits, scheduling the works to the engineers, ensuring relevant access requirements / security is adhered to. You will also monitor works to ensure that they complete on time so that the engineer is able to attend to their next job.
