Reed Technology is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client who specializes in cloud-native backup and recovery software. They're currently looking for a Cloud Sales Engineer to join their team in a hybrid role that blends technical expertise with client-facing engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with a cloud related background, who enjoys working across both tech and business domains-partnering with account executives, joining sales calls to deliver demos, and helping potential clients understand the value of the solution.Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pre-sales activities with technical demos and cloud expertise.
- Assisting with implementation in client environments.
- Resolving technical tickets.
- Creating resources such as documentation, guides, and webinars.
What they're looking for:
- Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS and/or Azure
- Hands-on experience with cloud backup and recovery solutions, whether native or third-party
- Strong technical foundation in Windows, Linux, and cloud networking principles
- Exceptional communication skills with professional fluency in English
- A confident, quick-thinking individual who thrives in client-facing environments
