Financial Accountant

Pure are supporting a Cambridge based business with the recruitment of a Financial Accountant, this role comes at an exciting time for the business and is a newly created role.

Working alongside the Financial Controller you will support with the completion of month end activities and processes, ensuring that all reconciliations are accurate. Some of the key duties are as follows -

- Manage the month end reporting process
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Balance sheet reconciliations for all entities
- Working closely with the FP&A team to identify variances
- Completion and submission of tax returns
- Support with any audit queries
- Assist with the development of processes to achieve efficiencies.

This role may suit somebody who is part qualified and looking for support to move into a role that offers additional responsibility, or somebody that is newly qualified that may be looking to make their first move out of practice.
