Client Details
Working for a national service driven business, this is a an exciting and newly developed role reporting into the Group CFO. The remit of the role includes:
- Support the creation, build and implementation of financial metrics reporting, dashboards and KPI performance
- Create and present reports focused on Operational Performance, Customer Service Levels, Customer Satisfaction and business efficiency
- Identify, recommend and drive changes that will improve operational efficiency across the business, improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost and support commercial development
Description
- Analyse customer processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the build and implementation of financial reporting metrics
- Develop and maintain regular report and dashboards covering key operational, financial, and customer service metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and maintain documentation related to business processes and systems.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings or service enhancement
- Provide regular updates and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Profile
A successful Business Analyst should have:
- Experience implementing new reporting metrics / dashboards
- Extensive analytical and excel skills
- Ability to create and present reports to C-Suite
- Ability to drive data driven recommendations for change
