Salary Guide: 28,000 - 32,000 (depending on experience) + 25 days holiday + pension + bens

Reading based - 3 days per week in the office, with the rest working from home

All public transport routes available, and free parking, very modern offices

We are delighted to be working with our well-established, high profile, business services client, who have a requirement for a Corporate Credit Controller to join their collaborative friendly Credit Control team. Ideally you will be able to offer recent Credit Control experience - ideally with some recent experience of working in a Corporate Credit control role. This offers a superb opportunity to work on some of their key accounts and help them in maintaining a challenging and busy UK ledger.

You will report to the Credit Manager and working closely with the wider Credit Team - so you will be working with a highly personable and experienced UK collections team of 12, where your responsibilities as the Corporate Credit Controller will include:

• Daily responsibility for the collection of cash across a ledger of around (Apply online only) live accounts, handling a busy UK corporate ledger
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Working on various portals as well as outbound calls, to ensure clients are actively chased
• Maintain and reduce the DSO where possible
• Working to company policy and timescales regarding outstanding debt
• Being confident in suggesting solutions for difficult and challenging accounts
• Working collaboratively within the Credit Team and the wider Accounts team, as well as their UK Customer Services team
• Taking ownership of your own accounts, making daily notes onto the Accounts system to note all calls and activity
• Ensuring there is support and cover for other team members and departments as and when required

The ideal profile for the successful Corporate Credit Controller will include:

• Previous Credit Control experience gained from working in the UK is essential, or similar relevant experience gained from working with key accounts or corporate clients
• The ability to work un-aided with a pro-active, personal, engaging approach

If you are a confident individual with some credit control experience. This role will be based in the Reading office 3 days per week, with the rest being home based and you will receive full training on their systems but this role is ideally suited to candidates with previous Credit Control experience.
