Salary: £34,398 £52,490

The Role at a Glance
Deliver tailored lessons and interventions to support the progress and development of children with SEND.
What You ll Be Doing
• Planning and delivering differentiated lessons
• Creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Monitoring progress and adjusting teaching strategies
• Supporting emotional, social, and academic development
• Collaborating with staff, parents, and external agencies
Who We re Looking For
• QTS or equivalent
• SEND teaching experience
• Empathetic, proactive, and patient
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
