The Role

• Lead expansion across Grocery and Convenience, driving new listings and strengthening strategic customer partnerships.
• Develop JBPs, promotional plans and growth strategies that unlock sustainable, profitable scale.
• Present and pitch the brand story with energy and precision, inspiring buyers through insight-led selling.
• Identify new market opportunities across Off-Trade to replicate international success.
• Act as a visible brand ambassador blending commercial rigour with lifestyle passion.

About You

• Proven success scaling drinks brands within Grocery or Convenience (Ideally for a challenger or emerging brand)
• Strong relationships and credibility with Off Trade buyers.
• Confident, consultative negotiator with a track record of building brand equity and value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
• Naturally energetic, commercially sharp, and genuinely interested in sport, performance and culture.

Package & Location

• £70,000 £80,000 + car allowance, bonus & potential shares.
